From site studies to facade concepts, floor plan layouts, custom fixtures and furniture, and creative visual merchandising, I was a lead on Global Store Design, managing new standards for all tier stores and driving design initiatives with innovative luxury retail strategies. Our projects ranged from new store openings to existing store renovations and upgrades, along with global rollouts.

New Store Concepts

Under new LVMH leadership, our stores shifted away from the former “Discovery Concept” to entirely new global brand codes and palettes. This new era of brand design ushered in rich, precious and elevated finishes with tremendous attention to detail, texture and organic forms.
