The Greenpoint

The concept for this ground-up residential luxury waterfront tower, in partnership with Mack Real Estate, was true to Greenpoint’s shipbuilding history. The overall floorplan was designed and laid out to be reminiscent of the front part of a ship, with multiple decks layering around the main courtyard and amenity spaces, for full visibility of the East River. The selected finishes and decorative accents were all a nod back to this shipwright theme, with knots and joinery details on the wall art, the lighting fixtures, and passageways.
