Lazar Boutique Hotel

From schematic design to construction documents, this project for a 5-star hotel in the heart of midtown (7 West 44th Street) was a deep dive in the Baroque concept and an exclusive “artist club” program, brimming with amenities such as restaurants and bars, a rooftop solarium, grand ballroom, spa, music room, performance space, banquet area and artist suites.
